01
Data with a purpose
PrimeFormAI should be able to explain why it asks for each piece of information.
Information such as goals, preferences, available equipment, schedule, workout feedback, nutrition choices and recovery context can make a fitness plan more relevant. A feature should request only the details it needs, at the moment their benefit is clear.
Normal site delivery can involve technical request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps. The effective privacy notice will identify the providers involved, their purpose and how long relevant information is retained.
- Label information as required, optional, entered by you, received from a device or generated by PrimeFormAI.
- Keep stated preferences in your control until you decide to change them.
- Never present wellness information as a medical conclusion.
02
Connected services stay your choice
A wearable or health connection should provide a clear benefit without becoming a condition of using unrelated features.
Any connection to a device or health platform should request specific, understandable permissions. PrimeFormAI should show what a connection adds, what information it can access and how to disconnect it.
Removing a connection should stop new access. The product should also explain what happens to information already imported and which controls are available for it.
- Request the narrowest permission that makes the selected feature work.
- Keep optional connections separate from account access.
- Provide a direct route to review and remove connected sources.
03
AI and service providers
Personalisation does not remove the need to be clear about where information goes.
When adaptive guidance becomes available, PrimeFormAI will explain which information is used to prepare a suggestion, which providers receive it, why they receive it and the choices available to you.
The privacy notice will identify material service providers, retention periods, international transfers and whether information is used for service improvement. Sensitive context should not be reused for an unrelated purpose without a clear explanation and an appropriate choice.
Fitness and nutrition information can be sensitive even when it is not a medical record. Access and retention should reflect that.
04
Your controls and rights
Important privacy choices belong in the product, not only in policy text.
PrimeFormAI will provide a verified privacy contact and explain the rights available in each supported market. Depending on where you live, those rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent.
Identity checks should match the sensitivity of the request. PrimeFormAI should ask only for the information needed to protect your account and complete the request.
- Change optional permissions and communication preferences.
- Export or delete account information through a clear route.
- Understand what remains after an account or connection is removed.
